Nocino di Modena Toschi is the digestif of the Modena tradition and one of the company’s most iconic products.
The legend goes that during Saint John’s night women climbed walnut trees on the Modena hills to look for the best hulls coated with dew. Preparation involves only five ingredients, which are steeped for nine months, giving the liqueur its round flavour and deep brown colour. Only after a maturation period of at least two years, in compliance with the “Tradizione e Sapori di Modena” specification, does the liqueur become Nocino di Modena Toschi.
