TOSCHI  A life full of flavour

           In a lifetime of over sixty years that began when, in 1945, the Toschi brothers first dipped the famous Vignola cherries into alcohol, we have made a great many superb additions our range.  Today this range covers many types of fruit steeped in alcohol as well as liqueurs. Fragolì (wild strawberry) and Mirtillì (blueberry) are two of our speciality liqueurs with berries still floating in  the bottle, to these sweet fruit liqueurs we have added Lemoncello and Verde Mela (made from green apples).  One example of our skill in marrying tradition and innovation is Sambuca Stardust: the traditional Italian anise-based liqueur that we have made sparkle with flakes of silver.   To meet the demands of the new trend for mixability, Toschi can offer a wide choice of delicious options such as Bar and Retail Syrups.  We at Toschi have given those delicious black cherries a trendy new image: a tempting praline, without liqueur, in the finest quality dark chocolate, dusted with cocoa powder. With Toschi Nocino we are paying homage to one of our historic products. This Modena speciality is still prepared to the same centuries-old recipe that Toschi family have always revered, producing it strictly to the dictates of the “Tradition and Flavours of Modena” brand.
