The cherries became alcoholic in 1945, when Toschi brothers decided to introduce a product of local tradition into the Italian and international markets. A particular produtive process allows fruits to keep their qualities and taste.

Over the years, the range has been enriched with other fruits steeped in alcohol; marron glacés, tiny green apples, apricots and Chinese tangerines.
