All the bases and the powder preparations are without vegetable hydrogenated fat.

  • Milk bases A full-cream flavor, produced mixing the milk protein and the powdered cream. This base makes possible to create a soft full-flavoured ice-cream.
  • Fruit bases A full-cream flavor, produced mixing the milk protein and the powdered cream. This base makes possible to create a soft full-flavoured ice-cream.
  • Neutral and integrators Neutral mixtures to improve the consistency and body of Gelato. It also improves spatulability. Neutral 5 is recommended for base milk ice creams.
