Hazelnut ice-cream

Ingredients(recipe for a 3 kg ice-cream tub) Toschi Base Sweet Cream 1000 g Water 1.8 lt Fresh cream200 g Toschi Gran Cavour Hazelnut Paste 300 g Preparation and Decoration of hazelnut ice-cream Mix the Toschi Base Sweet Cream, the water and the fresh cream and pasteurize. Mix in the white base the recommended amount of Toschi Gran Cavour Hazelnut Paste and mount it with butter. Once the bowl has been prepared, enrich the ice-cream with either chopped hazelnuts or hulled whole hazelnuts. In order to obtain an even tastier ice-cream add dark or milk chocolate flakes to the decoration.
