Ingredients(recipe for a 3 kg ice-cream tub) Toschi Base Sweet Cream 1000 g Water 1.8 lt Fresh cream 200 g Toschi 100% Pistachio del Regno Paste 300 g Preparation and decoration Mix the Toschi Base Sweet Cream, the water and the fresh cream and pasteurize. Mix in the white base the recommended amount of Toschi 100% Pistachio del Regno Paste and mount it with butter. Once the bowl has been prepared, enrich the ice-cream with either whole or diced golden pistachios.
