Yoghurt and black cherry Semifreddo (ice-cream cake)

Ingredients 100g Toschi yoghurt base 400g fresh whipping cream 100g Toschi Amarenada flavouring with fruit pulp Toschi Gelatina Neutra Fresh summer berries To prepare yoghurt and black cherry semifreddo (ice-cream cake) Whip the cream and the yoghurt base. Add the Toschi Amarena cherries, well drained. Fill a rectangular Siliconflex mould with the prepared mix. Put in the freezer at -15/20°C for at least 2 hours. Turn out of the mould and glaze with Gelatina Neutra mixed with syrup and garnish with Toschi Amarena cherries and fresh summer berries.
