Italian's muffin with amarena cherries and strawberries

Components Italian Muffin mix Toschi Amarena cherries Toschi bottled strawberries Ingredients of Italian muffin mix 200g butter 250g icing sugar 250g eggs 350g cake flour 15g Toschi Fragolì liqueur 15g baking powder 4g salt grated zest of ½ lemon ½ vanilla pod To prepare the Italian plum cake with amarena cherries and strawberries Soften the butter until it is creamy, add the icing sugar. Beat slightly and add in sequence the eggs, Fragolì, salt, lemon zest and vanilla. Add the sieved flour with the baking powder. Now add to the mix 200g of completely drained Amarena cherries or 200g of strawberries. Use the moulds you prefer, well buttered and floured, and bake in the oven at 180° C, for the time the particular size of mould requires.
