250 ml milk
300 ml milk cream
3,5 teaspoon of agar agar powder
100 gr. of sugar

Ingredients for the coulis
10 strawberries
1 glass of Fragolì Toschi
1 teaspoon of agar agar powder
100 gr of sugar

Method: Put in a pot cream milk and sugar. Melt the sugar over low heat and then add three teaspoons of agar agar. Cook without boiling for at least 5/6 minutes. Put the mixture into molds and place in freezer. For the coulis: Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan with the sugar, the glass of Fragolì, the sugar and gelatin. Let thicken for 5 minutes. Bring out the panna cotta, Lie down on two coulis tablespoons and put it in the freezer for an hour.
