Panna cotta with Amarena Toschi
1/2 liter of fresh cream
100 g sugar
100 ml milk
10 g isinglass
1 vanilla stick
Amarena in syrup Toschi

Bring your isinglass in cold water. Pour the milk into a pan, warmed to a very low heat without boiling. Take off the fire and put the isinglass into the pan.
In a saucepan pour the cream, add sugar and vanilla steak, put on fire and, with low flame, always mixing, bring to the boil.
Immediately withdraw and pour the milk with the isinglass, mixed to mix the ingredients. Take some glasses and pour the pancake mixture (if it is served through a colander to remove any lumps) then put it in the fridge for an hour. After laying the pouring time pour a spoonful of cherry (what you find in the jar) on each glass and combine some cherry in each glass and put it back in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
