Yoghurt mini-bombes

Ingredients 100g yoghurt powder 400g fresh whipping cream 100g Toschi straeberries 80g Toschi summer berries To prepare yoghurt mini-bombes Whip the cream with the yoghurt power, add the strawberries and the summer berries, fill single-portion Siliconflex moulds with the mix. Put in the freezer at -15/20°C for at least 2 hours. Turn each one out of the mould, glaze with Gelatina Neutra mixed with Amarena cherry syrup, decorate with raspberries and spun sugar.
