Place baking paper on a baking sheet and with the help of a pen and a glass or a cutter of 10 cm created the circles (I have come to 4 by 10 cm) that will serve to guide and turn the sheet to the contrary. Fill the pastry bag with meringue and meringue formed keeping you high on the edges. Bake the meringues in the oven and lowered to 150° for 30 minutes then let them off again in the oven for another 30 minutes. Pull out baskets made of meringue from the oven and let cool. Stuff with your favorite, I used the whipped cream and Toschi Amarena Cherries with a few of their syrup. Recipe taken from the blog "Dolci a go go" by Imma Falco
