Mini pavlove with cream and Amarena cherry

INGREDIENTS: 2 egg whites 125 g of caster sugar 1 tablespoon cornflour or cornstarch A pinch of salt ½ teaspoon of white vinegar Vanilla essence q.b. GARNISH INGREDIENTS: Spray pan q.b. Amarena cherries in syrup Toschi q.b. PROCEDURE: Prepare the ingredients and turn the oven to 180 degrees ventilated. Start whisking egg whites with salt beautiful fluffy. Continue to edit and add the sugar a little at a time and always whisking together the cornstarch, vanilla and vinegar. Stop when you get a very firm meringue. Place baking paper on a baking sheet and with the help of a pen and a glass or a cutter of 10 cm created the circles (I have come to 4 by 10 cm) that will serve to guide and turn the sheet to the contrary. Fill the pastry bag with meringue and meringue formed keeping you high on the edges. Bake the meringues in the oven and lowered to 150° for 30 minutes then let them off again in the oven for another 30 minutes. Pull out baskets made of meringue from the oven and let cool.
