Clafoutis with Amarena Cherries

INGREDIENTS: 500 g of Amarena cherry in syrup Toschi drained 4 eggs 125 g of sugar 80 g of flour 60 g of butter 25 cl of milk Half vanilla bean a pinch of salt a packet of vanilla sugar PREPARATION: Arrange the drained Amarena Toschi baked in a casserole or porcelain enameled buttered. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla seeds and salt in a robust way, by doubling the volume of the mixture. Add flour and mix until dough is smooth and homogeneous. Stir in 30 g of melted butter, then add the milk. Pour the mixture over the Amarena, sprinkle the top with 30 g of butter remaining in the flakes. Cook in hot oven for 30/40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Serve warm or cool in the pan.
