Sweet and sour onions

Ingredients 1 kg of small white onions 50g butter 2 spoonfuls of sugar Half a glass of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "Red Line" Salt and pepper to taste To prepare Sweet and Sour onions Remove the outer skins of the onion and the part near the root then soak them in water. Warm the butter and add the sugar and Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, letting them dissolve in the butter, mixing well. Remove the onions from the water and add them to the pan with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and cook on a medium heat.
