Tuna tartelette mint marinaded with Toschi cherries

Ingredients for 4 people 1 tuna piece 200 g 60 gr sour cherries Toschi 10 g mint leaves 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil Salt 4 g Pepper 1 g 1 lemon Mince cherries after washing them, marinate tuna with mint leaves, extra virgin oil and black sour cherries. After about three hours chopping the tuna without the leaves, but with sour cherries. Season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon. Add a small amount of oil that was marinated with tuna. Serve on toasted white bread. Add a few drops of perfumed mint oil that has been marinaded with tuna.
