Ingredients Parsley A few celery leaves Capers, one carrot Some shallots picked in oil Two hard-boiled eggs Gino Toschi ‘Red Line’ Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extra virgin olive oil Salt Pepper To prepare Rich Relish Finely chop the parsley, celery leaves and the carrot. Add the chopped shallots, capers and hard-boiled eggs. Now put it all in a sauce boats and add the salt, pepper, Gino Toschi Balsamic Vinegar from Modena and extra virgin olive oil. The relish will be even better if you let it stand for a few hours. The ideal accompaniment to boiled meat.
