A product with a centuries-old tradition, what makes it different from Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is its production method. It is obtained directly from the grape juice.

The must is cooked and then placed in wooden barrels, where a natural process turns it into vinegar. Only after 12 whole years of the tender loving care that only Modena’s craftsmen can provide, does Traditional Balsamic Vinegar appear.

After 25 years Taditional Extra Vecchio is produced that proudly boasts the D.O.P. label. A unique product, with a full-bodied, balanced flavour.
